Shipping & Delivery

We offer both ready-to-wear, pre-order, and made-to-measure garments. Please read below to understand our current fulfillment process:

Ready-to-Wear Orders

In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next working day.

Estimated transit times:

  • Domestic (USA): 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days (subject to customs processing)

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Pre-Orders

Select items in our shop may be offered as pre-orders, which allow you to secure limited-edition or small-batch pieces before they are released. Pre-order items typically ship within 3–4 weeks from the order date. You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your item is dispatched.

Made-to-Measure Garments

Made-to-measure orders are crafted upon request and require a longer lead time. Production time is typically 4–6 weeksfrom the date measurements are confirmed and payment is received. Once your garment is complete, you’ll be notified and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

If your order includes a mix of ready-to-wear, pre-order, and made-to-measure items, they may ship separately.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at info@theoxbloodzebra.com to make arrangements.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase from Oxblood Zebra. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns under the following guidelines:

Ready-to-Wear Returns

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

To begin a return, please email info@theoxbloodzebra.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or in error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for quality review. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the item you want.

Final Sale & Made-to-Measure Items

All Made-to-Measure, Pre-Order, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or not as described.

Made-to-measure garments are crafted to your unique specifications, and we take great care to ensure proper fit and quality. If there are issues with fit or craftsmanship, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can discuss options for adjustments or alterations.

Order Issues & Customer Service

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us at info@theoxbloodzebra.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’re available Monday through Friday, 10AM–6PM EST. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response.
